axiUm is built to work the way you work. It’s designed to conform to your work flows, not the other way around. axiUm’s powerful features allow for maximum flexibility, so that your organization can virtually track all the data it needs without any modification of the core system. Furthermore, axiUm allows you to customize and define that data as you want to capture it.
You have the ability to customize multiple user-defined fields in many of axiUm’s most useful windows. The Patient Card alone has 10 user-defined fields designed to allow your organization to capture any information it requires. Furthermore, these fields can be of any type including drop down, numeric, or free text.
Don’t Have a Window? Add a Form.
Electronic Patient Record (EPR) forms are by far one of the most customizable and versatile aspects of axiUm. These forms are completely user defined, with answers to questions set to automatically populate fields in the axiUm system. This provides users a powerful way to enter data without the need to switch screens or modules.
In addition, you’re able to increase the exposure of these forms online by implementing the optional axiUm PatientAccess. This online portal allows patients to fill out forms from the comfort of their own homes.
Administrators can customize any window, prompt or option panel in axiUm. This can be done by allowing access to hide, view only or edit, all the way down to the field level. For example, role-based user groups can either be granted or denied access to any button, functionality or view.
Additionally, these customizable features are applied to any reports the user may generate. For example, if a user or user group does not have access to the Last Name field in the axiUm system, this restriction is enforced again in the report generator in the Info Manager.
